The 6th Ordinary General Assembly Evaluation Meeting of the Turkish Welding Technology Academy (TKTA) was held at Gedik Holding on May 31.

Established in 2009 with the aim of creating a national network in the field of welding in our country, TKTA (Turkish Welding Technology Academy) is becoming a stronger structure that continues to expand its network and represent Turkey abroad.

During the meeting, evaluations were made regarding the activities carried out within TKTA and the IIW–IWE (International Welding Engineering) training programs conducted under the roof of GEV (Gedik Education Foundation) at the Gedik Training Centers in Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir.

The meeting also reviewed TKTA's work over the past year and set out roadmaps for future activities.
