WELDING COORDINATION

• Welding Engineering Training is a 500-hour course program consisting of Theoretical and Practical sections.
• Our ATB Instructors are the most distinguished names in Turkey in Welding Technology.
• During the course, seminars are organized by experts on important topics such as WPS, PQR, PED, TPED, ASME, etc.
• Candidates success is evaluated through Classical, Test and Oral exams.
• All exams are conducted using the International question bank prepared by IIW/EWF.
• "International Welding Engineering" diploma and "European Welding Engineering" diploma are also issued to successful candidates upon request.
• Upon request, a special stamp labeled “International Welding Engineer” is also available.

• All Engineering Faculty Graduates
• Graduates of Technical Education Faculty (Machine, Metallurgy and Metal Departments)

* Higher Education Council equivalence of diplomas is required.

Their duties, authorities and responsibilities are defined in the international standard EN ISO 14731. Welding engineers/technicians/specialists work in areas such as manufacturing and assembly of steel or aluminum structures; manufacturing of railway vehicles; manufacturing and assembly of pressure vessels/boilers; manufacturing and assembly of thermal/hydroelectric/nuclear power plants, refineries, industrial plants; pipe manufacturing and natural gas/oil transmission lines; automotive. They are involved in the design, fabrication/assembly and control of welded products. Depending on the conditions set by the application standards (e.g. Steel or Aluminum structures, Pressure Boilers, Railway Applications, etc.), it is determined in which enterprise (or project), which supervision personnel (engineer, technician, specialist) must be employed.

A candidate completing IWE training under this program is expected to gain advanced knowledge and critical understanding of welding technology applications. The candidate should possess the advanced competencies and skills required in the field of welding technology.

These include the following competencies:

• Solve complex and unpredictable problems at a high level
• Ability to manage high complexity technical and professional activities or projects related to welding applications
• Take responsibility for decision-making in unpredictable work or work environments
• Take responsibility for managing the professional development of individuals and groups

• Welding Technician Trainings consisting of Theoretical and Practical sections is a course program of approximately 400 hours.
• Our ATB Instructors are the most distinguished names in Turkey in Welding Technology.
• During the course, seminars are organized by experts on important topics such as WPS, PQR, PED, TPED, ASME etc.
• Candidates success is evaluated through Classical, Test and Oral exams.
• All exams are conducted using the International question bank prepared by IIW/EWF.

• Technical Branch Associate Degree Graduates

• Welding Expertise Trainings consisting of Theoretical and Practical sections is a course program of approximately 300 hours.
• Our ATB Tutorials; Turkey's most distinguished names in Welding Technology.
• During the course, seminars are organized by experts on important topics such as WPS, PQR, PED, TPED, ASME etc.
• Candidates success is evaluated through Classical, Test and Oral exams.
